What's the point of making an appointment? I was the first scheduled appointment and still waited 2+ hours to get an oil change and tires rotates plus tightening the rear view mirror which had been loose since I bought it. Several other vehicles came, were serviced, and sent on their way while I waited. It literally sat in the service bay for an hour and 15 minutes before it was touched. My salesman Jonnie was great. I gave it a 4 star only because the truck that purchased is having issues with the air conditioning. I understand it was a buy as is deal with the truck. I didn’t realize that this issue before I bought it. I was told the truck had be serviced but it wasn’t the oil looks like it wasn’t changed.
